Each sheet scores 10 sweaters, so every judge needs one sheet for every 10 sweaters (two sheets for 11 to 20 sweaters, three for 21 to 24). 2. As guests arrive, pin an entry number on every sweater and write each wearer's name next to their number on the Vote Count sheet. 3. Judges score every sweater on Sparkle, Jingle, Commitment and Structural Integrity. Everyone else votes with a Quick ballot or a Full ballot and drops it in the ballot box. 4. When voting closes, count the ballots and add up the judges' totals and Structural Integrity scores on the Vote Count sheet. 5. Type or write the winners' names on the certificates, read the ceremony script and hand out the awards with great seriousness. Who wins what: People's Choice goes to the sweater with the most ballot votes, Inspector's Choice to the highest judges' total, the four Full ballot awards to the most votes in each, the Structural Integrity Award to the highest Structural Integrity total across all judges, and the judges pick the rest. A tie goes to the sweater named most often on the judges' tie-breaker lines, and if it is still tied, they all win. No judges? The host decides the awards the judges would. Click the line under "This certifies that", type the winner's name, add the date, save, then print. Each name line holds up to 31 characters, the date line up to 28 (enough for "Wednesday, December 23, 2026") and the blank certificate's award line up to 30. Capital letters are wider, so a line holds a few fewer if you type in ALL CAPS. Some web browser previews and phone viewers don't keep typed text, so a desktop PDF reader works best. Prefer a pen? Print the certificates blank and write the names in. SIZE AND PRINTING TIPS - Made for US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in). Print at 100% scale ("Actual size") for best results. - The certificates are landscape. Leave your printer's auto-rotate setting on. - Card stock makes sturdier signs, labels and entry tags.
