Every item is made just for you when you order. It's usually printed within 2–7 business days, then shipped with tracking. Etsy emails you the tracking number as soon as it's on its way, and Etsy shows an estimated delivery date for your address before checkout. Need to change your size, color or address? Message us on Etsy right away. Once your item goes to print, we can't make changes.

Because every item is printed to order, the return and exchange terms shown on each Etsy listing apply to that item. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, message us on Etsy within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

All payments are processed securely by Etsy. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low to keep the print looking fresh.

Under EU and UK data protection law, the shop's owner is the independent controller of the personal information this shop receives through Etsy. Questions? Information we collect When you place an order, Etsy shares what we need to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address (if Etsy provides it), Etsy username, order details (items, sizes, colors, any note to seller) and transaction details such as date and price. When you message us, we receive your message and anything you choose to include. Payments are processed by Etsy. We never see or store your full card or bank details. 3. How we use your information We use it only to run this shop: - To make and ship your order (needed to fulfill our contract with you). - To answer questions and fix problems, including replacements and refunds (contract and legitimate interests). - To keep the records required for taxes and accounting (legal obligation). - To prevent fraud, protect the shop and resolve disputes or Etsy cases (legitimate interests). - To understand what shoppers like, using Etsy's aggregate shop statistics (legitimate interests). We never add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you clearly ask us to, and you can opt out anytime. We don't use your personal information to create designs or to train AI tools. 4. Who we share it with We share your information only as needed to complete your order: - Etsy, which runs the marketplace and processes payments. - Our production partner, Printify, and its print providers, which receive your name, shipping address and order details to print and ship your item. - Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL), to deliver your package. - Professional advisors such as accountants, only as needed to meet our legal obligations. - Authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights. - A buyer of the business, if the shop is ever sold, under the same protections. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. 5. International transfers This shop is based in the United States, so your information is processed in the US. Our partners may also process it in other countries. Where EU or UK law requires, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses provided by those partners. 6. How long we keep it We keep order records for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting and dispute requirements, and messages only as long as needed to support your order. After that, we delete or anonymize them. Etsy and Printify keep their own records under their own privacy policies. 7. How we protect it We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, limit access to what's needed to run the shop, and never store payment details. 8. Your rights Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, or certain US states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, message us through Etsy. We may need to confirm your identity, and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We will never treat you differently for using these rights. Some information is held by Etsy itself; you can manage it in your Etsy account settings. 9. Etsy's role When you browse or buy on Etsy, Etsy collects and uses information under its own Privacy Policy (etsy.com/legal/privacy), including cookies and payment data. We don't control Etsy's practices. 10. Children Our shop is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their information. 11.
